Return Policy

To protect your shopping rights, please read the following Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns, refunds and exchanges.
Returns, refunds and exchanges will only be accepted when products are out of stock or discontinued.

Size Exchange
Applicable exclusively to online orders only. Not valid for in-store purchases or sale items.
Eligible sized items (excluding shoes) may be exchanged for a different size once.
Requests must be made via WhatsApp at +852 6918 5408 within 3 business days of receiving your order. Late requests will not be accepted.
Customers may exchange in person at our store or via SF Express. All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the requested size is out of stock or discontinued, you may choose an alternative item (price difference to be settled) or receive a full refund.
For refunds: Items must be returned via SF Express with shipping prepaid by the customer. After inspection confirms the item is in acceptable condition, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. In-store refunds are not accepted.
If none of the available sizes fit, we recommend visiting a tailor for alterations. We regret that no exchange for a different style or refund can be offered in this case.

Strict Exchange Conditions
We strictly enforce the conditions below.
If returned items do not meet every condition, we reserve the right to reject the exchange and return the items to you via SF Express freight collect. Please understand.
1. All original tags, labels, packaging bags, hangers (including clothes hangers and trouser hangers) must be intact and included.
2. Items must be 100% new, unworn and unused, with no signs of wear, depreciation or damage.
3. Items must not have been washed, and must be free of any odours, including but not limited to detergent, perfume, pet hair and human hair.
4. When shipping via SF Express, please package items securely to prevent damage or loss during transit.
We value mutual respect and friendly communication. Any unpleasant transactions may result in the customer being blacklisted.

In-Store Pickup Orders
For sized items purchased online and selected for in-store pickup, size exchange requests must be made within two weeks from the date the pickup notification is sent.
Late requests will not be accepted. The exchange deadline will not be extended due to uncollected orders.

Quality Issues
We provide free exchanges for items with manufacturing defects.
Please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 6918 5408 within 2 business days of receiving your order. Late requests will not be accepted.
Exchanges can be made in store or via SF Express. YMKT will cover all shipping costs.
Items must satisfy all exchange conditions stated above.

International Orders
Size exchanges are not available for any orders shipped outside Hong Kong. Please consider your sizing carefully before ordering.
