Return Policy

Returns / Refunds

All products purchased at YMKT cannot be returned or refunded. Exceptions for refund will be allowed for discontinued products only. 


Exchanges

We provide exchanges for faulty products and products with different sizes. Please make sure all exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged or lost in the delivery process. Please also include your order receipt or order no. in your returned package for us to process your exchange. 


Please contact us within 2 working days from when you receive your order. Late requests will not be processed. We do not accept any exchange requests 14 days after we sent out your order.


Item(s) that does not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. You will be responsible for all the shipping costs incurred.


Faulty Products

We accept exchanges for faulty products. If you believe that your product is faulty, please contact us within 2 working days from when you receive your order by WhatsApp (852)6918 5408., or via email, Facebook or Instagram direct message or through our website “Shop and Customer Comments” section in your order. After our team has accepted your exchange request, please send us the item(s) within 5 working days via our assigned courier. We will be responsible for all the shipping costs involved. Late requests will not be processed. Please let us know the tracking no. of the parcel you sent.


All items must be in original condition. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged or lost in the delivery process. 


Upon arrival of your returned item(s), we will check if the item(s) meets the requirements of exchanges. Our team will send you confirmation of exchange once it has been accepted. Your new exchanged item(s) will be delivered in 1-7 working days once we start to process your exchange.


You may also bring the item(s) to our studio after confirming the exchange request with our team. 


If unfortunately your faulty product is discontinued, you can exchange for another item or request for a full refund. Please allow 1-3 working days for bank transfer or PayMe refunds, and 7-10 working days for credit card or PayPal refunds


Exchange for a Different Size

We offer a one-time exchange for products that come in different sizes (except for shoes). If your purchased size does not fit you, please contact us within 2 working days from when you receive your order by WhatsApp (852)6918 5408., or via email, Facebook or Instagram direct message or through our website “Shop and Customer Comments” section in your order, stating clearly your purchased size and the size you wish to change. You can exchange the item(s) for a different size of the same style and colour. After our team has accepted your exchange request, please send us the item(s) within 5 working days via our assigned courier. You will be responsible for all the shipping costs incurred. Late requests will not be processed. Please let us know the tracking no. of the parcel you sent.

All sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refund or exchange for other item(s) if the smallest or biggest size available for that item does not fit you.


Exchange services are applicable for online orders only. Studio orders are not eligible for any kind of exchange services.


In cases of any disputes, YMKT reserves the right of final decisions.
