How to Buy
1. Select the item(s) you want → Select Colour and Quantity → Add to Cart → Checkout > Member login / Direct Checkout
2. Select Delivery & Payment Method > Proceed to Checkout
3. Fill in Customer Info & Delivery Detail & Payment Detail → Place Order
4. For Bank Transfer/FPS: Please complete payment within 48 hours according to the bank accounts information given in the order confirmation email. Upload Deposit Slip through the "VIEW ORDER" tab in email and wait for payment confirmation email.
For Payme/Octopus/Credit Card/Alipay: Please complete payment immediately following the website instructions and wait for payment confirmation email.

5. Wait for the product arrival / Self Pick up email

In stock items will be shipped in 1-3 working days / Pre-ordered items will be shipped in approximately 7-14 working days
Orders will be shipped when all items are ready/ Splitting order is not allowed

Shipping Methods
1. SF Express (Hong Kong) - Free shipping on orders of HKD$1,000 or above / Cash on delivery for orders under HKD$1,000
2. Self-pickup at Lai Chi Kok Store - You will receive a pickup notification after all items are in stock. Please check our store's monthly opening hours on our Instagram.

SF Express has gradually stopped sending pickup notifications via phone SMS since April 2025, and has switched to using the official APP for pickup notifications.
Please log in to the official SF Express APP using the recipient's phone number to receive the pickup notification.
Please pick up your package within the SF Express pickup period.
If you fail to pick up your package due to personal reasons, resulting in additional delivery fees or the package being invalidated or destroyed, we will not be able to bear the loss, nor will we be able to resend or refund it. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
International Orders
Please contact us via WhatsApp for processing. Shipping costs are borne by the customer using SF Express.
