In the event that a customer engages in any of the following behaviors include but not limited to: making unreasonable or excessive exchange behaviors, suspected abuse of our services, raising groundless accusations and complaints, engaging in unfriendly communication with our staff, or any other irregular purchasing or interactive behaviors that disrupt our operations.
YMKT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to implement restrictive measures at any time without prior notice. Such restrictive measures include but not limited to: limiting product purchase quantities, canceling orders, suspending or terminating customer accounts (including the revocation of VIP and VVIP memberships and all associated privileges), terminating shopping privileges, blacklisting, and refusing to provide any further after-sales services.
Any decisions regarding restriction or termination shall be made by YMKT based on internal evaluation criteria as the final judgment. The company is under no obligation to provide prior notice, explanations, or statements of reasons.
